This policy explains what personal data B2Budapest collects when you use b2budapest.com or book a tour, transfer or wine tasting, why we use it and what your rights are under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

We do not sell your data and do not use it for automated decisions.
3. Who receives your data
- Drivers and partner guides who carry out your transfer or tour (for example in Vienna or Bratislava) receive only what they need: your name, phone, meeting place and time.
- Goldcentral Apartments and Goldcentral Wine & Tasting, if you book an apartment or tasting through us.
- Our website hosting provider, which stores the website and form messages on our behalf under a data processing agreement.
- Google (Google Ireland Ltd): reCAPTCHA spam protection on forms and Google Fonts for the website’s lettering. Google may process data in the USA under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
- Messenger services you choose to contact us with (WhatsApp, Viber, Instagram), under their own privacy policies.
4. Cookies
The website uses only cookies it needs to work: they remember your language, that you have seen the cookie notice, and protect the forms against spam. We do not use advertising or statistics cookies, so no consent banner is needed. If we add statistics in the future, we will ask for your consent first and update this policy.

5. Your rights
You can ask us at any time to see the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, limit its use, receive it in a portable format, or object to its use. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Write to info@b2budapest.com; we reply within one month.

6. Security
The website uses an encrypted connection (https), access to the website administration is limited, and backups are kept securely.

We may update this policy when our services or the law change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
